What browsers does Kupass support?

Any browser except Opera.

How can I configure my Ku-Dimension?

You just go to www.kupass.com and click on New Account. After basic information you have to provide go to setup and choose your interface, upload your profile picture and update your profile.

How do I login to my Kupass account?

Just go to our home page www.kupass.com , on the top of the page, where it says “log in to your account” type your kupass email followed by your password and click submit. Important: You can only log in using your Kupass Email.

How can I publish my blog (testimony)?

Log in to your kupass account, click “blog” located on the left side control panel. First click on edit and start typing your blog, once you are finished click on submit. Remember, you can choose a different interface, upload images and use the edit tool to improve your blog.

How can I publish a video?

To publish a video, log in to your Kupass account then click video (located on the left side control panel) then type the title of your video and browse the video in your computer and finally click on submit. Remember you can decide if you want your video to private or public. If you choose your video to be public it will also be automatically published in kupass.com home page for everyone to see.

How can I publish my music?

To publish your music, log in to your Kupass account then click music (located on the left side control panel) then type the title of your music and browse the music file in your computer and finally click on submit. Remember you can decide if you want your music to private or public. If you choose your music to be public it will also be automatically published in kupass.com home page for everyone to listen.

How can I publish all my pictures?

To publish your pictures, log in to your Kupass account then click pictures (located on the left side control panel) then type the title of your picture and browse the picture in your computer and finally click on submit. You can also divide your pictures by creating diferent folders. Remember you can decide if you want your pictureto private or public. If you choose your picture to be public everyone will be able to see it.

How can I share all my videos or music?

There are different ways to share your videos or music with your friends: - Once you upload your video or music in your Kupass account make sure its “public” and this will allow everyone to see your video or music in your kudimension…just give away your kudimension address to your best friends or family, example: http://user.kupass.com - If you want to share or give away your video or music file you must upload the file in the “documents section” of your kupass account, make sure you select the “public” option, this way your friends will be able to download it.

What is my nickname, and what is it for?

Your nickname is extremely important so your friends can access your kudimension or anything you want to share with them.

Can I change my nickname?

Yes, just log in to your Kupass account, select “setup” and click “account”. On the change your profile tab scroll down and click “edit” go to nickname and type a new one, finally click save.

How can I make new friends in Kupass?

Log in to your Kupass account, click “friend” located on the left side control panel. To add friends to your list, just type their kupass nickname or email on the upper tab. If you do not know their nickname or email you can browse your friends by age country or gender. To browse them just click on “more kufriends” located on the bottom of this same page. A new page will open displaying more ku-friends, scroll down and chose your search. You can also do this from Kupass.com home page.

How much storage Ku-Dimension do I get?

Unlimited.

How big a document, song, video, and picture can I create?

Unlimited.

Who can see my Ku-Dimension and how do I share my stuff with someone?

When you upload your stuff you chose if they are private (only you have access) or public (anyone in the Kupass network has access).

How do I tell them about it?

You can advise specific friends to create a Kupass account and go to search for your Nickname.

How can I change or get a new password?

Go to Kupass home page click on “Forgot Password” then follow these steps: Step 1: Type your Kupass email Step 2: Answer your secret question Step 3: Select a new password “Or” Log in to your Kupass account, select setup (located on the left side control panel) click on account and select the “change your password” tab then follow the steps.

How can I update my profile?

Log in to your account, on the left side panel choose “setup” and click account.

How can I change my e-mail address?

You have to open a new account, but you can set up in Mailboxes your old account and be able to manage your new email.

What is the Kumessenger?

The Kumessenger is an Instant Messaging System that allows you to chat with other Kupass users.

Where do I download the Kumessenger?

To download the Kumessenger go to http://www.kupass.com/kumessenger click on “Download here” and start chatting.

How can I add friends to my Kumessenger?

To add friends to your Kumessenger you must log in to you Kupass account. Go to “friends” located on the left side control panel and start creating your friends list. The same friends you have on this list (and have accepted your request) are the same friends you will have in your Kumessenger.

How do I log in to my Kumessenger?

Open the Kumessenger and type your Kupass email address followed by your password and finally click login. Important: You can only sign in to your Kumessenger using your Kupass email.

What do I have to do to earn Ku-points?

You need to invite your friends into the Kupass Network. To do so, you must log in to your Kupass account, go to your friends section and on the bottom of the page fill the form to start inviting your friends.

How many points do I need to redeem an item?

It depends on your choice, please login to your account select “setup” and click on Ku-Points to see more information.

How many Ku-points do I receive for inviting a friend?

For each friend you invite and that actually opens an account at Kupass.com you will receive five (5) Ku-points.

How do I know if the friend I invited actually opened the account at Kupass?

If the person you invited opens the account at kupass.com the system will automaticly notify you and you will see your points posted in your account.
LEADERS

How do I become a Kupass Leader?

Simply log into Kupass.com and click on New Account to enroll as a Kupass.com member absolutely free. Upon being prompted to choose whether you are a leader, simply click “yes”. After answering a few questions that detail your leadership status, you are then ready to use your new Kupass.com account and all of its features.

What features do I receive as a Kupass Leader?

-A Kupass Leader is provided the option to categorize their Ku-friends as Administrative, Member or Guest. As a leader you can then filter the information you wish to make available to the differing categories of Ku-friends in your network. So for example, You may wish to make Advisory Board minutes available only to your Administrative staff, but not to our organization’s members or guests, or you may wish to make a concert flyer or a youth rally available only to members and guests that visit your Ku-dimension. Your Kupass leader designation provides these options for you. -Kupass Leaders are also given seven Ku-miles for each new Ku-friend they add to their network as opposed to five Ku-miles earned by those who are not designated as Kupass leaders.

How does the Kupass Leader feature works?

Simply build your Ku-friend network by inviting new and current Kupass members to become part of your Ku-Dimension. Then visit your Ku-Friends section, and pick the group category you wish a particular Ku-Friend to be identified as (Administrative, Member, or Guest). You will then be prompted to make documents, videos, music and photos you have added to your Ku-Dimension available or not to the differing categories of Ku-Friends you have identified in your network.

How do I maintain the Kupass Leader Designation?

All we ask is that you earn 35 Ku-miles within the first 60 days of receiving your account to continue as a Kupass Leader. Failure to earn 35 Kumiles within sixty days will cause a loss of the leader designation.
